Would be nice to see the following changes:
- Tag added
- Tag deleted
- Tag modified
- The User making these changes
- Dates when these changes where done
- impact (increase/decrease in chat coverage percentage)
- The actual change (2 words or intents added or removed)
- This one would be primarily for the Tag approval process to add justification for the change. Would be nice for the changelog to display the short statement added why the change was done.

Jade Okanlawon what kind of changes would be the most relevant ones? Are these changes in the tags? I also wanted to ask if the use case is related with auditing, thus needing more details like what exact changes happened for each tag (e.g. added "x" concept, removed "y" word).

Fernando Agüero: Yes changes to the tags as you mentioned like if a tag was deleted he would like to see that in the changelog. It's kinda like Notion in a sense where you can see the updates for a page. Does that make sense?

Fernando Agüero: It'd also be great to see that on this date, this tag's logic was changed. It doesn't need to be super specific, but just provide context in case we see huge swings in a tag that are actually attributable to a change we made not the client conversation
